1. 62-Feature Meta Data Collection & Retention Breakdown
Data Collected: Media URLs, captions, collaborator IDs, comment texts, product tag coordinates (x,y), story impression metrics, audio titles, and subscriber counts.
Purpose: Publishing Reels/Stories, moderation, 24h direct replies, and catalog tagging.
Retention: Tokens stored in AES-256-GCM Vault. Comments/DMs anonymized after 90 days.
Data Collected: Page tokens, public fan counts, event RSVP counts, RTMP stream keys, group IDs, and post engagement rates.
Purpose: Cross-posting to 3 Pages, Live Studio broadcasting, and 7-day Human Agent Tag support.
Retention: Stream keys discarded post-broadcast; analytics anonymized after 90 days.
Data Collected: Customer phone numbers (hashed), call duration (no audio recorded), UPI order status, and flow form inputs.
Purpose: WebRTC voice routing, CSW 24h reset, VIP cohort management, and instant digital PDF fulfillment.
Retention: Call metadata purged after 7 days; UPI transaction IDs stored for tax compliance.
Data Collected: Inbound comment text, unstructured Hinglish birth details (date/time/place), and catalog questions.
Purpose: Caption hook generation, sentiment classification (guaranteeing negative feedback is never hidden), and offline 24/7 DM support.
Retention: Raw birth data submitted through WhatsApp Flows is securely processed and permanently deleted within 7 days.
2. Data Deletion Protocol & 7-Day SLA
Users can request immediate erasure of their data at any time by sending an email to iznoatwork@gmail.com or using our automated Meta Data Deletion callback endpoint. Status of deletion requests can be verified publicly without login at: loyalties.space/data-deletion/status.
3. STOP Opt-Out & AI Leash Enforcement
Typing "STOP" into any comment or direct message instantly adds the user to the permanent opt-out blocklist. Typing "HUMAN" or "bhaiya se baat" pauses all AI automations for that thread and assigns the conversation to a human support agent.
